Welcome to Emochi AI Character Maker (emochiai.com). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Emochi AI Character Maker is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with Emochi.

The service provides AI-powered tools for generating AI character avatars, roleplay character images, text-to-character images, image-to-character variations, and prompt notes users may adapt for character workflows.

3. Accounts, Credits, and Payments

You may need an account to generate or save results. Generation may consume credits based on mode, resolution, and output settings. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to create illegal, exploitative, abusive, harmful, infringing, non-consensual, deceptive, or sexually exploitative content. We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when these Terms or applicable laws are violated.

5. User Content and Generated Content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploaded reference images, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of generated character images.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, or unexpected. We do not guarantee outputs will match your prompt, be unique, be free of artifacts, or be suitable for a particular use.

7. Third-Party Services and Trademarks

The service may rely on third-party AI generation, hosting, storage, analytics, payment, authentication, and email providers. All third-party names and trademarks, including Emochi, belong to their respective owners.
